First Week Of Leadership

The very first 3 days of leadership, wasn't bad at all. We had all worked together, cleaning up, renewing, and organizing both classrooms, A101 and A102, With all our effort as best as we could.  We also have done our name tags for our individual cubby's and our very own Bio cube right ups, that includes our deep thoughts to personality, quotations, significance, obstacles, background, and a picture of ourselves etc.. Yes, it probably might of took us a while to combine and to work together, but we problem solved and figured it out ourselves.

My Highlight of the week, was being able to talk to new people, and also being able to reassemble with the ones we knew or remembered! On the first day of leadership, We might of all had a hard time being able to collaborate with each other, and to ask each and everyone questions, but as the third day came by, we were all already talking and laughing like we were never strangers, but more like a whole family! I enjoyed these first 3 days with the new leadership classmates, and thought we did well working together. I hope we all continue to talk a lot more and to create memories.

What I learned from this 3 weeks of leadership, is that cooperation is the key! cooperating with each other helps us all get our tasks/things done faster and way easier. Just like how we helped each other evacuate everything such as books, papers, and boxes from the shelves, etc.. and cleaned out the area, also wiping it down so that it's really clean. And putting up the new boarders with our groups. My thoughts about Cooperating, another word for helping each and everyone out is that, it had made it a lot easier because no one was stressed out and we got everything done within time.
