Third Week Of Leadership

This week of leadership was great. The leadership classmates and i discussed a lot about what yearbook theme we can use for the ilima yearbook for the year of 2014 && 2015. Also, we has worked on banners as signs for schedule pick up to let everyone know what each area is like paying dues, schedules, Id's, etc. and lastly, we had a rotation practicing on how to make reciepts, reviewing intros, setting up music equipment, and creating a music playlist. And now, we were assigned our jobs for schedule pickup.

My highlight of the week, was being able to learn more about leadership, as of how we do everything like with music, intros, etc. it wasn't as difficult because I payed close attention to what they were doing. Also, i was able to talk to everyone without being scared because we had all gotten closer than the past few weeks. My lowlight of the week was not everyone having an idea for the yearbook themes. I had an idea, but I wasn't able to explain it clear enough, and some others had no idea on what to say because they had never thought of one the day before which made mr.ing fustrated and it could possibly be difficult during the year which is why we start now.

What i had learned this week is follow and listen to what the group leaders say to you, because when they told the group to think about a yearbook theme, some of them haven't, until they found out they were supposed to. And also, when they taught others how to do intros. And music set up, they forgot several things which made it a little difficult. I'm very glad that we had a rotation of reviewing everything and now we all should have everything in mind.
