Improving for the year

My period one and I are gonna start working together much more often. From now on, we will be reminding each other when something is almost or is gonna be due, and when to do it ! We can always ask eachother questions too, and when we do we will not ignore but I'm hoping for us to give EACHOTHER answers and help eachother out in which they ask. We can have better communication by giving eachother a house number, kik username, phone number, etc. So that we all have a way to talk to eachother and will be able to talk about things that has to be done etc. We've had assigned days, for an example I'm Monday, hope is Tuesday, dayna is wenesday, julia is Thursday, and Caleb is Friday, what's this for? well we were assigned a day that each of us are in charge of and every job we have, it'll be our job to do anything and to complete things, but yet were able to help eachother out.. like with music, intros, playlists, setup, and communication.also, were gonna go weekly grade && ar check so we know what to do and what to fix in order to keep outselfs from getting on probation which is fun at all, we can retake things, have time to study, and have the time to read so we can get to the goal faster. And less playing around so were more focused, also were gonna start to do things before the last minute so we have more time to do so. And we wouldn't have to worry too much, my period and I are trying our best to improve, and will keep it that way so we can learn from our mistakes and get better from now all the way til the end of the year.
